Diane’s word for the week is paroxysm, which means, according to Merriam-Webster, “a sudden violent emotion or outburst.” Last week didn’t go to plan, so she’s been strung-out and worn down.
Please don’t be too surprised if I have a paroxysm of crying.
Jasmine’s word for the week is irenic, which means, according to Merriam-Webster, “favoring, conducive to, or operating toward peace, moderation, or conciliation.” Despite Catarina refusing to have any kind of (positive) interaction with her, Jasmine continues to try making a new friend.
My butt sniffs are always irenic—I just wish she would get that.
Catarina’s word for the week is orgulous, which means, according to Merriam-Webster, “proud.” She has always been a proud cat, and her cancer isn’t going to get in the way of that.
I take pride in continuing to be orgulous despite what I’m going through.
Awe Jasmine and her irenic butt sniffs ❤
